Sudipto is a Banker, Financial Services professional and BFSI Consultant, with over 25 years’ experience across various countries and markets with Citibank, ABN Amro, Royal Bank of Scotland and two start-ups in Luxembourg and Spain. The former COO of ABN Amro Spain, Sudipto has served in a variety of successful senior management and C-suite roles, managing large multinational and multicultural teams in India, across Europe and the Middle- East.. Sudipto has also served as the Chairman of ASSOCHAM Spain, heading the first permanent representation office of any Indian apex trade body in Southern Europe. Sudipto has spearheaded several successful transformation, M&A, re-engineering, strategy and implementation projects across Europe and  Asia.

Fluent in four languages, Sudipto is a regular guest-lecturer at premier business schools in Spain.
